From boardrooms and conference rooms for formal business meetings to other spaces for team-building events, corporate functions or private dining,  Pavilion has perhaps the most exclusive collection of luxury meeting rooms in London for hire.

For drinks receptions, our library lounge offers an intimate space for up to 75 people whilst our large outdoor dining terrace is also available for private dining parties of up to 60 people.

Mezzanine boardrooms (combined):

Per Hour – £65 (£120)
½ Day (5hrs) – £300 (£450)
Full Day (10hrs) – £500 (£800)

Huddle boardroom:
Guest Capacity – 6
Per Hour – £45
½ Day (5hrs) – £200
Full Day (10hrs) – £350

Outdoor terrace:
Guest Capacity – 60                        Available weekday evenings and weekends, the cost is £1,000 (ex VAT) or starting at £45 per person (set menu; minimum 25 people). Drinks are charged separately.

Library lounge:

All board rooms are equipped with state of the art screens. Select meeting rooms are equipped with projectors and video conferencing facilities.
