Membership Queries
Do you charge to attend the members’ events?

Member events are generally free to attend all our members and these will be announced in our monthly newsletter.

If I take the corporate membership can we just have one membership that a couple of people can use?

Unfortunately our memberships are per person, so even for a corporate member the person whose name is on the card needs to accompany any guests.

Can I use Pavilion as my registered company address?

You can use Pavilion as your trading address but not your registered address.

How often can I use my membership and what are the opening hours?

Business, Club and First members enjoy access to the club 24/7, 365 days.

Do you offer a virtual service?

The virtual service is part of our Business membership which includes many more benefits than a traditional virtual service. Business members at Pavilion enjoy unlimited access to the club’s fully-serviced lounges 24/7, 365 days a year, plus a wide range of other benefits ranging from priority booking in the restaurant to fair-use printing and photocopying and ‘room service’ on dishes ordered from our menu to wherever you are in the club.

Business members can choose from additional services including telephone answering in your company name, mail storage/forwarding and access to professional administrative support.

How many guests can I bring with me as a member?

All members can invite a maximum of three guests into the club at any one time however they must be accompanied by the member.  Should you wish to bring any more than three guests we kindly request that you book a meeting room so as not to disturb other members. Please note that this does not apply in the Restaurant or bar.

Do I have to sign up for a 12 month?

Our Business Membership are based on a 12 or 3 month contract, 12 month Business Membership is available at £225/month and 3 month Business Membership is available at £295/month.  Our Club and First memberships are based on a monthly rolling licence.

Pavilion Environment
If I have an office can I control my own air conditioning?

All of our offices have individual air conditioning units which are independently controlled.

Do you have showers and if so is there somewhere I can leave my towel to dry?

Yes we offer showers with a complimentary towel service so there is no need to bring your own.

Can I reserve a table in the lounges?

We do not take reservations within the lounges however if you need a specifically sized space we can recommend a meeting room for you.

As a member is there anywhere safe I can leave my laptop overnight?

For a small monthly fee we have various sizes of lockers available to hire, please speak to a member of our team for more details.

Is there anywhere I can smoke?

We have an outside terrace which is available for ‘legal’ smoking.

Can I bring my own printer?

Fair use printing and photocopying is included at all levels of membership, however as a Club or First member you are welcome to bring your own if you would prefer.

Am I allowed to bring my pet into Pavilion?

For the comfort of all our members we operate a no pet’s policy.

Am I allowed to bring children to Pavilion?

Unfortunately as a Business Members’ Club we are unable to allow children into the members’ areas.

Miscellaneous
Can I just have mail or phone answering without being a member?

Unfortunately we do not offer these services independently.

Do you offer call answering in my company name?

Call answering is included in First membership and optional for Business and Club members.

Do you have parking?

We have a preferential rate within a covered hotel car park, less than a 5 minutes’ walk away which is currently £7 for up to 24 hours

Do you have PA or secretarial services?

All are available on a requested basis and charged accordingly, please enquire at reception if you are interested.

Can I book a meeting room if I am not a member?

Absolutely, however, members receive  preferential rates.
